  1. I´m not a conspiracy guy but it is hard to believe that a day North Korea makes a war declaration, the VIX almost didn’t move. It seems to me that the VIX formula seems to be “adjusted”, directly or undirectly, by those who control it. SEC should be looking into it seriously.
