  1. Trump will never read the logical views, albeit self-serving, in the White Paper since it’s more than 1 page long. While our ‘Disrupter-in-Chief’ is off to the U.K. to meddle in Brexit domestic politics there, and de-stabilize Europre while he’s at it (Putin must be smiling), he’ll likely get a ‘Barr-like’ interpretation from Navarro or Wilbur Ross that he must be ‘winning his trade war’ with China if the Chinese are resorting to a ‘White Paper.

  2. Maybe Stephen Miller will propose to remove tariffs against ostriches. They are the most effective way to deal with coyotes.

  3. I will say the white paper is beautifully written (or translated) , while I’ve heard professional translators talk of the difficulty if not impossibility of translating what Trump is saying.
