Donald Trump is "pleased" to inform you that he has decided not to deliver an open-handed slap to the face of Xi Jinping by refusing to extend the March 1 deadline beyond which the tariff rate on $200 billion in Chinese goods was set to double to 25%.   1. T Rump’s “Apperntice” like approach to international negoiations is horrifying. He, nor his staff, have not clue among them on how to deal with the Chinese. The lack of understanding will come back in another 20 years to haunt us. The US cannot keep apace with that country, the laws of large numbers will prevail.
