‘You’re Going Straight To Hell’: The Ratings Are In On Trump’s Puerto Rico Tweets

Well, as expected, Donald Trump’s morning Twitter tirade that found the President of the United States questioning Puerto  Rico’s commitment to Puerto  Rico (and no, that is not a typo), hasn’t been well received.

If you are one of the lucky ones who missed Trump’s 7:00 a.m. social media barrage, I have to regrettably inform you that the President lashed out at San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz, calling her leadership “poor” just a day after she literally broke down in tears as she begged Trump for help.

And he didn’t stop there.

He also suggested that Cruz is engaged in a conspiracy orchestrated by Democrats and helped along by the media. He then claimed that “others in Puerto Rico” aren’t “getting their workers to help” and topped it all off by claiming that Puerto Ricans “want everything done for them.”

It was, frankly, one of the most egregious rants Trump has subjected the nation to in the short history of his tenure.

It’s not possible to document each and every individual rebuke because as you can imagine, they are pouring in faster than rain from a Cat. 5.

One person who is particularly angry is Lin-Manuel Miranda, the creator and original star of “Hamilton,” who suggested that Trump might want to make sure and pack some sunscreen and a portable fan, because he’s “going straight to hell”:

Hell

For her part, Cruz has clearly given up on Trump, saying on Twitter that she’s going to do something the President won’t do: stop being distracted and try to save lives.

Asked by MSNBC about Trump’s tweet, Cruz said simply: “I wasn’t trying to say anything nasty, I was just asking for help.”

“So who am I?,” she added. Unfortunately Ms. Cruz, to Donald Trump, you’re nobody

  1. Fema has a nice list of what THEY view as accomplishments. None of them means sh*t to all those people who can’t get to a fu*king airport, a fu*king shelter, a fu*king phone or computer that works, a fu*king bottle of good drinking H2O, a fu*king doctor or medical person who can help keep them alive. The fu*king bullsh*t surrounding this nightmare goes directly back to those in power and those who can supply financial help it is the republican assh*les in the White House and our inept congress PERIOD…………..I hope you are proud of yourselves, they probably are, mores the pity.

  2. Mr. Heisenberg: I am sorry to have to report to you that Donald Trump is the reincarnation of Dr. Strangelove. His nightly wet dream is to ride Mr. Rocket to the destruction of Earth.
