I take it as fact that Trump is a world class jerk, and a danger as POTUS. But the original issue of the scope of Russian interference in the election has not yet been addressed publicly. Until the investigation determines what the Ruskies did, how and when they did it, and what knowledge or involvement Trump had in this affair, Trump walks. One other thing might take him down: clearly illegal dealings with the Russian businessmen. The public can really relate to money, and to crooks.
I suspect we are many months away from the investigation tying up all of the loose ends, and making the details public.
