  1. I didn’t think you could subpoena evidence in an active investigation of any kind, much less a national security based investigation? All such evidence is provided – if prosecution is pursued and during the Defense’s discovery phase. Nunes needs to be slapped with a criminal intent investigatory interference charge and prosecuted for it.

  2. Mr. Nunes may be simply partisan and/or stupid. But to the extent he is providing comfort to the enemy his behavior may well be treasonous. Do we still execute traitors?
