Well as it turns out, I wasn’t the only one who thought Americans needed a strong dose of patriotic “covfefe” on Saturday morning.
Donald Trump – who is spending the weekend at his Bedminster, N.J., golf club – is awake and he wants you to know that he learned absolutely nothing from the blistering bi-partisan backlash against his batshit crazy Twitter tirade aimed at Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough.

There’s a reference to the patently absurd “voter fraud panel” (in all caps for no apparent reason) which is of course a rather transparent effort to get a jump on rigging the next election.
And then there’s the obligatory reference to the free press as the enemy of the people.
But wait, there’s more.
Trump has come up with a new nickname for Brzezinski who has now been christened (or maybe “piss-ened” is better) “dumb-as-a-rock Mika”:
That’s right, “they’re crazy, they’re dumb as a rock, and I assume, they’re not bad people.”
That’s some steamin’ hot “covfefe” right there. Don’t burn your tongue America.

As president of the United States Donald Trump’s lack of common decency, intelligence, empathy, civility, leadership and common sense continues to be an inept epic historic stain of shameful embarrassment to America and it’s people.
This is no longer about politics, it is about core human values and a code of ethics that Donald Trump completely lacks. He has stripped the highest office in the land of any integrity, honesty and honor.
Here is what his supporters believe he will do:
1. Get rid of the fed.
2. Get rid of a bunch of brown people.
3. Get rid of Obamacare and watch the poor die. My previously unaffordable insurance is down to just $85/month. My car insurance, from Insurance Panda, is now just $25/month. Under Trump, healthcare will be $500/month or more.
4. Make the lives of poor kids, the sick, and the elderly worse than they already are.
5. Drop a bunch of bombs on some colored people in some country somewhere.
6. Cut taxes on the rich.
History will look back on this regression and election of a misogynistic, hateful, racist, vindictive narcissist who mocks disabled people as a time when ignorance prevailed and the American people failed.
yeah, i think the key thing for people to understand is that this is just outrageous at this point.
it moved beyond partisanship a long time ago. trump literally isn’t fit in any capacity to hold public office.
There will be no “history” to look back because there will be no future if Trump has his way.
I think you are all missing the critical focus here. Trump is just a partially sentient, but malignant clump of mostly human cells occupying the WH. At 71, overweight, emotionally imbalanced – in the worst case he will not be there forever – even in the unlikely case he is re-elected at 75. Whoever and whenever he is replaced – that person is far more important the Trump, because that person not only has the same duties and responsibilities of the Office of the Presidency that Trump has failed so badly in filling – he also has to repair both the national and global damage (real and perspective) that Trump’s gross leadership incompetence has created
What we should be focusing on is the dysfunctional election system that allowed Trump to be elected (as well that allowed Hillary’s negative baggage to qualify as a candidate). Equally, if not more important the correction of the dysfunctional Republican Party leadership system that keeps him in office – for their own personal well being – at the expense to everyone else in the nation.
The US democracy has a major problem in that it has allowed that democracy to be entirely monetized by a 24/7 election industry that includes if not is all the media. That has to change.
Additionally, we need Constitutional mechanism for the “We the People” to call for a “Vote of No Confidence.” regarding not only the President, but Congressmen and Governors. Frankly, if a public servant officer can’t keep a minimum of a 50% of his constituents satisfied – he isn’t representing their desires and probably not their needs.
Yes, there may be a brief period of high political turn over, but rapidly you would see the politicians and their attuned leaders – once again shift their focus back to the public/voter welfare, not their major donors/corporate welfare, and certainly not their own financial interest and welfare.
It’s not just the WH that is imploding under the intellectual vacuum that currently resides there, its the entire dysfunctional and vastly corrupted (not just criminally, but functionally corrupted) US political system. Yes, the “fish rots from the head down,” but even a rotten fish can be “red herring” – that distracts us from the fact that if we don’t fix the GD “refrigeration system” that preserves the fish quality, the entire catch will rot – as it currently demonstrably doing.
