    1. Yeah, when they had flown the bill down there, it was obvious he was going to sign after playing drama queen a little longer. Still, the R’s are embarrassing themselves again before the Georgia runoffs.

  1. If Senate Republicans had not refused to hear testimony during the impeachment trial, thousands of Americans would still be alive, and we could have avoided an economic collapse. Citizens must demand accountability from the GOP because even a moral misfit like Trump needed a team to pull off this degree of damage.

  2. Such a cruel little man. All theater just so we’d have to pay attention to him for a few more days. Meanwhile, 14 million families will have an unnecessary week of hardship. I don’t mean to be hyperbolic, but this was evil. 24 more days of this lunatic are probably going to feel like a year.

  3. Signing the bill was the lessor of two humiliating evils for Trump. This way he saves a bit of face by claiming that Congress must immediately pass a new bill to comply with his demands, (which includes objections to the Defence bill that now allows him to sign that, as well) . The alternative was a total defeat and victory for Congress through the overthrow of his vetoes.
