  1. If this succeeds every organized crime group will simply become a political organization and constantly run candidates in elections so they are unforgettable by law enforcement. I mean we’d love to look into why the Capone family has so much money but they are running a candidate for mayor and it would be “spying” if we tried to look into their actions. We’ll have to wait until none of them is involved in politics.

  2. Point of interest: Barr is on the outer edge of criminal misconduct, a matter which needs to be investigated and he needs to be held accountable ASAP! These are real laws and not bullshit from fox news — so where are he legal experts??????????????

    § 45.2 Disqualification arising from personal or political relationship.

    (a) Unless authorized under paragraph (b) of this section, no employee shall participate in a criminal investigation or prosecution if he has a personal or political relationship with:

    (1) Any person or organization substantially involved in the conduct that is the subject of the investigation or prosecution; or

    (2) Any person or organization which he knows has a specific and substantial interest that would be directly affected by the outcome of the investigation or prosecution.
