Most Americans would also likely agree that America should not be a pariah on the world stage and that more can be gained by defending against our enemies WITH our Allies, rather than going it alone, with a ‘beggar thy neighbor’ attitude. Trade is a great way to build relationships and mutual understanding among nations.
