  1. H., you are right about the media treating him like a circus attraction.
    However, he worked hard for that reputation. It did not used to be like that. In the beginning of his presidency there were many journalists who tried to engage him in a serious discussion about policy. Eventually, they gave up and I can‘t blame them.
