Erectile Alchemy And Bubble Addiction

Read more from NOTES FROM DISGRACELAND 12. IX 2018 Priapism, named after Priapus, the Greek god of fertility who sported an oversized, eternally-erect penis (so large, in fact, he used it to frighten away anyone who tried to plunder his gardens), is a condition that causes persistent and sometimes painful erections, which last for four hours or more without sexual stimulation. Apart from ED pills, anomalous blood flows in and out of the penis can be caused by a range of disorders and diseases

  1. Loved this piece. You have surely read T.Pyncheon “Gravity’s rainbow” and how missiles (let’s think at the form of a missile and shape of launch trajectory) can be linked to sex. Also skycrapers (again forms and lengths) In Dubai and Moscow, and several other places, are the new way to tell the world how big and long you have it. Or a nasdaq chart. In fact who keeps boasting about that chart? Is it not that same guy who loves grabbing hairies speaking like a teenager in a locker room?

    1. I new I had forgotten something, but couldn’t remember what at the time of writing. Gravity’s rainbow was such a long time ago, but it is spot on. Of course, it is the missile launchers and all these phallic shaped weapons. What can be a more convincing sign of virility than the cruise missile; its shape, trajectory and range, designed to inspire envy and fear. The pornography of the military parades that they want to institutionalize here as well. And then, the architecture: Washington Monument, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Empire State Building, Twin Towers (!), Gherkin in London, Christian Science Church In Illinois (this one horizontal, though),…
Joseph Campbell put it nicely: ” If you want to know what a society values, look for the tallest buildings”.
