Maybe this is simply part of trumps market manipulation game with sticks and bonds and he’s chatting about hedging strategy and timing for trades, which of course is all about the art of the deal — probably not anything related to commodity manipulation or pre-election chaos stuff — this would actually be more interesting if the Democrats had someone with a brain, but no luck there.
