  1. Credit to Britain. They are supposed to have strong, “whipped” parties and the Executive and Legislative powers are fused in Parliament, but they have more independent checks on the Government than the United States does with weak political parties and an independent Congress.

    Somewhere, Theresa May is dancing awkwardly.
