  1. notice how he had to through W under the bus along with Obama, in his reference to the last two administrations avg gpd growth of 1.8%. he had to include the GFR to make himself look better. ALL the stats were onthe rise since about mid 2016 (post earnings recession and beginning of the recent $ decline).

and since when does a 1% increase in gdp equal $3 Trillion?? if were at about $18T, 1% is 180B…I know he’s not good with numbers, but someone probably proofread (or wrote) the announcement for him.

I lost count but the speech when referencing data points, was about 33% false and another 33% played real loose with what timeframe exactly he is referring to. you can make any stat look good by choosing the right sample data.

    1. Anon, you wrote this: “but someone probably proofread (or wrote) the announcement for him.”

So, you really should read this: from RawStory
      https://www.rawstory.com/2018/07/trumps-white-house-misspells-united-states-embarrassing-official-statement/

QUOTE: “President Donald Trump’s White House released an official statement via its Twitter feed in which it misspelled “United States.”
The tweet was a quote from Trump’s speech touting economic growth in the U.S. during his presidency.
“If economic growth continues at this pace, the United Sates (sic) economy will double in size more than 10 years faster than it would have under President Bush or President Obama,” the statement reads.”

I had another big laugh at his incompetence and ignorance in his haste to throw shade on anyone who has ever better served the U.S. as President as he thinks he is doing. Not only does he flat out lie daily, but he cannot even make a statement (pretending) about him doing well unless he denigrates the performance of another man.
