So on Saturday, Michael Bloomberg delivered the 105th commencement at Rice University and his speech was - how should we put this? - a rather scathing critique of what's going on inside the Beltway. Although Bloomberg was careful not to mention anyone by name, it was abundantly clear who he was talking about, especially considering the fact that prior to the election, he called Trump a "dangerous demagogue" and a "con man".
