  1. Get ready for Bigly bankruptcies from healthcare systems across the nation. Reimbursement will go waaaay down. Hospital systems are leveraged to the teeth since they went on a buying binge years ago. They aquired, bought out, and crowded out most private practices with cheap financing. There is no solution actually. Damage was done. Speaking from a personal perspective, they destroyed massive outpatient services which would have been cheaper. For example, crowding out surgeon owned surgery centers by mandating their armies of employed family physicians send all cases to the hospital made simple elective surgery astronomical. Blame the fed, politicians, whatever.
