  1. Without analysis of fund flow to actual care, showing insurance friction, all of these discussions are if little use or relevance. Insurance, and such things as pensions really have problems in a negative real interest rate environment. Financial insolvency regarding providing care is a focal point of a multitude of shortcomings evident in this civilization. It seems like the people speaking the loudest have the least insight.
