Always Go To The Funeral

***************************** The following is brand new, out today from Ben Hunt’s excellent Epsilon Theory ******************************* That’s Ray Fearon as Mark Antony on the left and Paterson Joseph as Brutus on the right, in the 2012 Royal Shakespeare Company production of Julius Caesar. You can see a video of Fearon’s funeral speech for the murdered Caesar here. It’s an insanely powerful performance of an insanely powerful scene, with the repetition of the famous Brutus

  1. What a particularly interesting post! It somewhat gets to the point that we should concentrate more on the “why” of the Donald and less on the “horror”. Lessons are there for both progressives and responsiblives.

  2. The argumentation of Steve Bannon in the American Prospect ‘ I want to talk the Democrats about racism every day. If the left is focused on race and identity and we go with economic nationalism we can crush the Democrats.
These were also the words of Adolf Hitler in the 1920 years, planning his election campaigns. He also used this argumentation in his book ‘ Mein Kampf ‘.
In fact Bannon does not want to crash the Democrats, but the Democracy.
So what will be next ?
