  1. Lance Manly

I could could see MBS picking out a couple of usual suspects, executing them, and saying mission accomplished. They did it not me.

  2. ‘Rogue killers’ with access to not one but two private jets? Cartoonish idea.

  3. This is straight out of Putin’s ‘playbook:’ Order the hit; have security ‘agents’ do the dirty deed; deny, deny, deny; invent an implausible alternative explanation (alternative universe).

Trump supports it all, despite public outrage, saying he (implausibly) believes the dictator, even offering more dubious explanations and fake alarm and meaningless, superficial action (putting the Secretary of State on the plane to go to the dictator to hear the denial face to face), while doing nothing ‘material’ to punish the ‘evil-doer(s).’

  4. Who knows – Remember our source for this is the Turkish Govt – Think they got an axe to grind?

    • Good point about the axe. The Turks are probably jealous that the Arabs got to use a real bone saw instead of an axe.
