4,000 People Were Asked About Trump’s First 100 Days – This Word Came Up Most

Ok, so allow us to frontrun the criticism right off the bat by conceding that what we’re about to highlight is a survey of WaPo readers, so “yes,” it’s probably biased.

But the great thing about bias (especially political bias) is that it tends to elicit funny shit. It’s the same dynamic that makes it virtually impossible for netizens to carry on an intelligent (virtual) discussion in comment sections or other online forums.

That is, time is the most precious of all scarce commodities, so if you’re taking time out of your day to comment on something, chances are you are either i) getting paid for it, or ii) really fired up because something someone said has aroused your deep-seated biases.

What you’re about to read falls squarely in the latter category.

So basically, WaPo asked readers what they thought of Trump’s first 100 days. They got somewhere in the neighborhood of 4,000 responses, and because “many of them touched on the same themes,” WaPo categorized them based on the eight most used words or phrases.

Can you guess what word/phrase showed up the most? ….

  1. yeah, I used the word ’embarrassed’ at least 570 times myself! I can no longer access WaPo articles because I refuse to pay them to read their shit. If you wanna read something really good and worthy of a prize, read what Politico has to say in their piece today “The Education of Donald Trump” – excellent work! Before the day is over I will most likely find a route to the WaPo story via other publications but I can easily guess the content of this particular article. I get my entertainment right here – thanks, Walt!
