Remember what we (sarcastically) said on Thursday about how we imagine Donald Trump might try to spin things if there was no vote on the GOP health care bill?
Allow us to remind you:
But just as Trump predicted “what happened in Sweden” a day after it didn’t happen, we can probably assume that even if the health care bill hasn’t been voted on by the weekend, he’ll tell us on Saturday how great what didn’t happen on Friday was.
Well, that didn’t happen but, in a hilariously similar boondoggle, a Republican super-PAC accidentally (we hope) ran the following ad thanking Republicans for repealing ObamaCare – hours after the vote was canceled:
That ran during NCAA tournament games.
And so, just as we will never forget what didn’t happen in Sweden, we will also never forget what didn’t happen in Washington.
