I love me some Kevin Muir and I agree with him that inflation expectations are too skewed to the downside, but it seems more and more likely that Japanification is the ultimate fate of the triple D’s. I think the only major catalyst that could possibly shift things to drive up inflation in a really meaningful way is a large shock in USD.
